Each Mr. Spinwall hardware component is precision milled from high strength
steel with welded connections, and has a shop applied durable black powder
coat finish.

Kit Includes: One top bracket unit, one bottom bracket unit, one industrial
bearing, four credenza supports, units/supports screws, and one installation
guideline; all other components shown and/or depicted on this web site
(framing, wall materials, cabinets, credenza, exterior doors & hardware,
sweeps, seals, paints, interior & exterior finishes, electrical wiring & devices,
entertainment system & wiring/cabling/devices, etc...) are NOT INCLUDED and
must be provided by "others" (home owner/facility owner/developer/
contractor/installer). Bearing capacity can support a 12' wide by 8' high
spinning wall panel.

Terms: Full payment due upon receipt of invoice including shipping &
